The Local Offer
Manchester Local Offer is where Manchester SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) can find information about their family's statutory entitlements. It also contains information on a range of agencies that offer support and stuff to do.
It is located on the Manchester City Council website under 'Help & Support' and 'SEND Local Offer.'
